**Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: - **- Providing high level of administration support across the business.

  • Handle client enquiries.
  • Preparing letters and correspondence for clients.
  • Ensuring files are of a high standard and compliant with criteria set by the company.
  • Efficiently manage electronic documents.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors.
  • The upkeep and entry of all relevant client information and communication.
  • Photocopying, filing and data entry as required.


The person that we are seeking is a bright, energetic self starter with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.

You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.
