How You'll Help Us Connect The World


Our Customer Service Representatives use in-depth knowledge of CommScope products and capabilities to handle orders from the point of quotation up to and including the time the order ships.

They help with product selection, quote generation, order input, order scheduling, expediting, tracking, finding, and coordinating alternative materials.

The CSR acts as a resource in resolving customer issues by utilizing excellent company process knowledge and strong skills in negotiating.

They also participate in the ongoing product, process, and work with sales to develop and participate in training meetings.


Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Solid Customer Service and/or Order Fulfilment experience
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent English interpersonal skills (spoken and written) and with good telephone etiquette
  • A strong team player who can adapt to fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong ability to plan and organise with excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office

You Will Excite Us If You Have

  • A completed Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a BusinesstoBusiness environment and SAP or ERP software
  • Ability to work early hours (6:30AM to 3:00PM) to support the New Zealand timezone all year around
