Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead source-to-contract functions, build a team and drive procurement best practice for their business.
About the role:
- Lead a team of procurement professionals
- Enhance and drive Source to contract functionality.
- Develop costsaving programs.
- Monitor vendors for consistency and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement.
About the successful applicant:
- Degree qualified in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or category management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in procurement best practices and supplier relationship management.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
This role will require some overnight and local travel, and a Driver's License is a mandatory requirement for the position.
