Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

Our client, a pump manufacturing facility based in Bayswater are seeking a qualified maintenance fitter who is looking to take the next step in their career and advance into a Production Manager role, overlooking a small team of 3.

This role requires no prior experience in management, only a desire to advance your skills in a leadership position.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and receiving production orders in SAP
  • Overseeing and managing both workshop and warehouse
  • Driving OH&S standards
  • Problem solving
  • Completing hands on maintenance when required

  • Trade Qualifications (in engineering/mechanical discipline relevant to role)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Proven experience in fault finding
  • Good understand and compliance of OHS in the workplace
