About The Role:

IMMEDIATE start
Oversee daytoday operations of building maintenance and management of both single storey and double storey, HIGH END residential homes in the Perth region.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors, including client liaison.
Provide quality construction standards and the use of appropriate construction techniques.
Ability to demonstrate a flexible, caring, and professional approach to customer care within a wide range of work situations.

Salary and employment package:

- $120k + super (dependent on qualifications and years' experience)

About You:

Proven experience in WA residential building sector, and knowledge of the state's regulations.
Previous trade skill, e.g. Carpentry (Cert III), Diploma in Builders Registration, and or relating higher qualifications.
Proficient in construction Scheduling
You will be located south of the river.
A passion and positive ability to work alongside a healthy team culture, and a strong desire to excel.
