The Company

Our client is an iconic Australian-based footwear brand that delivers on the latest trends with their line of sneakers, boots, and heels.

The Role

They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager who will take lead in developing their team of digital specialists across e-commerce, socials, and more to drive digital growth, excellent in-store experiences, and online customer experiences.

This role would be managing the brand across Australia and the UK.

Oversee and execution of the marketing calendar for the Australia and UK websites
Manage sales, creative development for retail, VM, store launches and brand and media showing events
Ensure branding is consistent across all channels
Lead and develop team members
Manage relationships with media publications, stylists and influencers to secure placement in aligned channels for Australia and UK
Organise and manage photo shoots, modelling agencies, stylists and photographers for content and PR marketing
Report directly to the directors of the company.

About You

Experience in creating, planning, and executing marketing strategy online
At least three+ years' experience in a marketing management role
Demonstrated experience in a marketing manager capacity in the fashion and/or retail industries
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills
Experience in Team Management and Development
Strong understanding of national and international retail and online landscapes commercially
Handson knowledge in social media, Meta business manager, tik tok, and digital marketing.
