About the Role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your role as Business Support Officer will provide broad team administration with nationally disbursed outcomes.
Duties
- Book travel and accommodation
- Prepare and format internal communication
- Manage a shared mailbox
- Support Managers with formatting of presentations and documents
- General ad hoc administration duties
Skills & Experience
- Excellence in MS Word and Powerpoint and competency across the MS suite
- Willingness to work a fulltime, 38hour week
- High level organisation
