About the role

As an AIN you will deliver quality resident-centred care at all times attending to the personal needs of residents.

This is a rewarding, hands on role that will give you the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents.

We currently have CASUAL opportunities, with various shifts available across a fortnightly roster, for AIN's to join our team


Your main duties will include:

Support residents to live the life they choose allowing them to exercise choice and independence

Contributes to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of the residents, through assessment and observation


Implements clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, and as documented in the resident's plan of care.

Assists the residents with their personal care and hygiene needs whilst encouraging their independence

About you

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent

A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sector

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Current Covid-19 vaccinations including booster are mandatory unless assessed exempt

A desire to join a team committed to the care of others
