About the role:

As the Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you will support the process of selecting and onboarding top-tier talent.

You'll be part of a small, energetic in-house recruitment team tasked with making sure we're finding, hiring and onboarding the right people for the job.


This position reports directly to the Recruitment Manager and collaborates closely with Executive Directors and Managers to understand staffing needs and organisational goals.

Your accountabilities:


  • Coordinate the endtoend recruitment process for various positions within Service Victoria, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support in identifying top talent.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment data and reports for analysis and decisionmaking purposes.

Selection Criteria:


  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, preferably within the IT industry or a similar fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
