Our client is seeking highly organised and motivated officers to undertake grant assessments for a number of Support Program Grants.


The COVID-19 Aged Care Support Program is a reimbursement grant providing critical financial support to Aged Care providers that have been directly impacted by COVID‐19.


The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting assessments and determining eligibility for payments.
  • Analysing evidence to assess grant recipient claims.
  • Preparing detailed assessment workings, findings and recommendations for delegate approval.
  • Ensuring that assessment outcomes meet grant requirements, are consistent with procedures and guidelines, are equitable and of a quality that meets enables the delegate to make a funding decision.
  • Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Records management.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated experience in fostering productive relationships and work as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
