Leading Fintech organisation in the heart of Balmain is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their dynamic and innovative team.


Pioneers in progressive payments and transactions methods, they offer cutting-edge technology and a customer-centric approach and the aim is to empower businesses and individuals to make secure, seamless, and lightning-fast transactions.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional assistance & provide outstanding support


Duties & responsibilities, not limited to:

  • First point of contact for valued customers
  • Actively listen to customer needs, troubleshoot any issues they may encounter, and provide effective solutions, leaving them with a smile on their faces
  • Be a brand ambassador and build strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Comfort with working to and striving to achieve individual and team SLAs.
  • Work closely with the wider talented crossfunctional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Sales, to provide feedback on customer pain points and contribute to product enhancements

Essential Requirements:


  • Ability to work across multiple software systems to source required information.
  • Strong administrative skills to support / deliver operational functions e.g. order processing, reporting, strong data entry capabilities
  • Must be able to commit to Full time hours (Monday
  • Friday, 38 hours working week)
