About this Opportunity


We are seeking to hire a Site Administrator to help us manage the front office and all the administration side of things for our site.

High attention to detail and ability to work independently is a must.

The successful applicant is passionate about providing great customer service, has commitment to delivering quality work and has a strong focus on Quality & Safety.

This role will liaise with all of our internal stakeholders, visitors and providers.

Some of the responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Manage reception (support internal & external stakeholders in a courteous manner
  • Record keeping/filing
  • Some reporting & presentations may be required
  • Managing quotes, creating and following up on purchase orders (liaise with accounts payable)
  • Manage cleaning staff/contractors as required (organise some general site maintenance activities)
  • Managing all the stationary, uniforms, coffee supply amongst others (ensuring the appropriate levels are on stock)
  • Coordinate travel & accommodation requirements when needed
  • Support staff with pay queries (In coordination with HR & Payroll)
  • Support Safety & Wellbeing initiatives (including organizing meetings, events, catering)
  • Support internal communications as required
  • Support staff training initiatives (in coordination with HR & Compliance) including record keeping
  • General admin support to managers/departments
To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably a fast paced role
  • Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Office, Outlook, Intranet (SAP would be advantageous)
  • Excellent Time management skills;
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Effective communication skills.
This is a full time role working across Monday to Friday


You must be self-motivated, have a strong focus on safety, environment and quality and be able to work as part of an effective team.
