An opportunity has arisen to join the People Services team as a HR Operations team Leader. This role will be based at our York Street Offices and will report to the Head of People Services.

As a HR Shared Services Professional, you will lead the People Services Operations team to ensure effective management of all employee lifecycle enquires and activities.


Some of these tasks will include:

  • Lead a customer centric and efficient People operations team
  • Remodel transactional service delivery through ServiceNow, removing duplication, unnecessary steps/checks and define respective roles and responsibilities with greater clarity
  • Introduce measures of customer satisfaction and review Service Level Agreements and KPI's
  • Provide a proactive and highquality People Services ensuring all Service Level Agreements and KPI's are met.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the People Services strategic plan.
  • Contribute to People Services AOP. Ensure capability programs are delivered within approved budget.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of stakeholder priorities, challenges, and strategic goals. Partner business unit and group functional teams through issue resolution.
  • Risk Management. Identify business risks and support risk management strategies.

Knowledge and Experience required for the role:

  • 5+ years post qualified experience in a Shared Services or HR role in a FMCG or large organisation
  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • Business partnering multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering strong results during change and ambiguity
  • Communicating plans, business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
