- Manage portfolio with team support
- Repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears management
- Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Routine inspections
- Leasing & Open houses (with support)
- Client relationship management
- Tribunal preparation & attendance
Requirements:
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- Has a valid Driver's Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
