About the Role

Reporting to the Health Services Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) with meeting medical and health compliance obligations in accordance with the National Standard for Health Assessments of Rail Safety Workers 2017 (the National Standard) and Rail Safety National Law National Regulations 2012.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Coordinate the medical management of workers while also assisting the Health and Wellbeing Team and MTM with daytoday ADHOC requests
Support MTM compliance with its medical obligations through efficient and timely management of medical bookings, results and data management
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant delivery of health procedures.
Develop a strong understanding of the National Standard for Health Assessment of Rail Safety Workers 2017 to assist MTM in the daytoday medical management of employees.

About You

Strong medical vocabulary and experience in Medical Administration would be preferred
Demonstrated high level of written and interpersonal skills including good communication skills with the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues where conflict may be present
Demonstrated experience working across multiple IT systems and Excel experience
Ability to support and influence key stakeholders at different levels within an organisation
