Retail Store Manager.

The Role:

The retail Store Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of a retail store, including sales staff, stock and resources management.

This is a hands-on role, where you will utilise your exceptional retail knowledge to supervise, train and guide staff towards maximum performance within the budget that you have prepared.

To Be Successful:

You will possess the following skills and attributes:

Proven retail leadership experience, preferably within the retail timber, hardware and building supplies industry
Knowledge of industry best practices and products
Excellent customer service skills and culture
High level leadership and communication skills
Ability to use initiative and drive change through the team
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and be able to juggle a number of priorities
