HBF Park - Suite Attendants - Casual


Our Suite Attendants are our VIP attendants - you are the Suite personal attendant for all food and beverage requirements.

You must deliver an exceptional customer service experience to each and every guest, at all times. Anticipate their needs and execute the VIP experience that the attendees of a Suite expect.

You must have Suite Attendant/VIP experience.

This role requires a naturally energetic individual who has a passion for the hospitality industry, is accustomed to working to a very high standard, is always assured and professional.


To be part of this exciting opportunity you will demonstrate

  • Experience working in VIP Suites, Corporate Boxes or similar.
  • Exceptional service standards and experience in delivering first class service to high profile corporate clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills.

HBF Park - Corporate Functions Supervisor's - Casual


Our Corporate Functions Supervisors are the client's point of call for any requirements when onsite at HBF Park across a range of functions rooms, VIP Suites, VIP Open Boxes and Members Bars.

You must ensure the highest standards of guest service and presentation, whilst delivering an exceptional customer service experience to every guest, at all times.


This position is a leadership role, responsible for supervising a team of staff on shift, as well as liaising with departments throughout the Venue to ensure clients' needs are met in a professional and timely manner.


This role requires a naturally energetic individual who has a passion for the hospitality industry, is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and has a proven capacity to work well in a high-pressure environment while leading a team of high performing individuals.


To be part of this exciting opportunity you will demonstrate

  • Western Australia Responsible Service of Alcohol (essential) and Unrestricted Approved Manager (desirable).
  • Experience in supervising large functions or events and casual employees.
  • Exceptional service standards and experience in delivering first class service to high profile corporate clientele.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent professional grooming and presentation.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Experience working in a function centre or stadium environment (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday is essential.

Corporate Food & Beverage Attendants


Our Corporate Food and Beverage Attendants are the face of our function rooms, VIP Suites, VIP Open Boxes and Members Bars at HBF Park.

You must ensure the highest standards of guest service and presentation, whilst delivering an exceptional customer service experience to every guest, at all times.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals looking to broaden their experience in the events and hospitality industry.


This role requires a naturally energetic individual who has a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.


To be part of this exciting opportunity you will demonstrate

  • Must have a current Western Australia RSA.
  • Experience in hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional service standards and experience in delivering first class service to high profile corporate clientele.
  • Ability to multitask and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience in food safety.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent professional grooming and presentation.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Experience working in a function centre or stadium environment (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to work during the week, weekend and after hours is essential.


We will be holding interviews/onboarding paperwork and inductions on the - 8 September with first shifts on the mid October.
