How will I help?


The EPC Technical Support Analyst is part of the EPC team, within Information Management and Data Platforms Operations (IMDO), Data Platforms that provides a central Group wide product catalogue housing Master Product Lists (MPL) and Target Market Determination (TMD) documents.


The purpose is to support Westpac in managing product management Regulatory compliance (Design and Distribution obligations) and risks, and to ensure adequate governance of product information.

What do I need?

  • 3+ years Data Management Development, execution, and supervision of plans, policies, programs, and practices that deliver, control, protect, and enhance the value of data and information assets throughout their lifecycles.
  • 1+ years Data Governance Exercise of authority and control (planning, monitoring, and enforcement) over the management of data assets
  • 3+ Information management, analysis, design, tooling and lineage including databases, hierarchies, mappings
  • Data management principles and capabilities such as Reference data, Master data, Data quality, Metadata management
  • 1+ Developing and maturing operating models and processes Risk and Controls Managing data risk and uplifting control environment
