I am currently partnering up with a very well-established and respected accounting firm here in the heart of Brisbane. They are committed to providing exceptional financial solutions and services to their clients.


Position Overview:


As an HR Advisor on a 6-month contract, you will be a key player in the HR department, supporting various HR functions and initiatives.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure that employees receive excellent support and that HR processes run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.

Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by assisting in job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion.

Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluation processes and support managers in performance improvement plans.

HR Policies: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.

Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Benefits and Compensation: Support with benefits administration and compensation analysis.

Training and Development: Help coordinate training and development programs.

HR Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR or a related role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Professionalism and a commitment to promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • A proactive and problemsolving mindset.
