Are you interested in expanding your skills in Learning and Development, and seeking the opportunity to coordinate a portfolio of learning solutions?

As the Learning and Development Program Coordinator, you will be part of Macquarie's regional ANZ Learning and Development team.

You will partner closely with our Business, L&D colleagues, HRBPs and regional Talent Leads to deliver training that will have a significant business impact.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to hone your L&D skills, developing foundations in needs analysis, design, solution development, implementation and evaluation.

You will regularly facilitate and you will work closely with Learning and Development Managers to support with bespoke consulting enquiries.

You will be responsible for:
- the program coordination of selected Personal Effectiveness and Management/Leadership learning solutions for the ANZ region, including classroom, virtual and digital learning content, with the support of an Operations Coordinator and Learning Manager.
- building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- creating exceptional onboarding experiences for our people through regular facilitation and event management, providing you access to people across the business including a range of our most senior leaders.
- supporting the implementation of a learning calendar for over 250 graduates through their first year. This includes facilitation, some design opportunities, program coordination and participant management.
- regular reporting including with PowerBi dashboards, our LMS Cornerstone and survey tools
- demonstrating a keen eye for risk and accountability for commercial responsibilities such as with our internal cost recovery process
- measuring learning impact through evaluation data and feedback, and using this data to enhance the learner experience


As a trusted advisor for our business, you will have a strong learning mindset, staying well-informed of industry research and trends.

You will be confident working in an agile environment, putting the learner at the centre of your approach.

You will have excellent attention to detail, feel confident in speaking up and testing new ideas, as well as knowing when to pivot as required.

- project manage core learning programs for the ANZ region, with an interest to stretch into design and development


This includes:
- overseeing smooth set up of programs and day-of-program coordination
- point of contact for suppliers
- point of contact for participants and people who are seeking advice on the right learning solutions for them
- upkeep of content quality and branding, including contributing to content reviews and refreshes with support from an L&D Manager
- oversee annual Graduate Development Program for the region, including implementation of monthly development sessions
- independently facilitate regular Discover Macquarie Orientation sessions
- partnering with internal teams to deliver large scale, cross regional and hybrid events
- work with Learning and Development Managers to conduct needs analysis to understand the gaps that need addressing across the region and contribute to an action plan
- oversee L&D budget recoveries against employee cost centres for your curriculum
- evaluate training programs, craft reports, dashboards and surveys to capture meaningful learning insights to help drive organizational change
- highly collaborative with a "can do attitude" and the ability to manage multiple projects based on current and future business needs.


Your Skills and Experience
- ideally 2+ years previous demonstrable success in a Learning and Development or HR role
- strong attention to detail
- strong customer focus, enjoying working with a variety of people
- ability to evaluate, prioritize, escalate and problem solve
- ability to facilitate Learning and Development programs to a high quality, including confidence with public speaking
- a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Training and Development or a related discipline is desirable.
