Your opportunity
As a Car Park Attendant at
Westfield Hurstville , you will be part of our Car Park team. You will be proactive, hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of customer service in an ever-changing environment.

Please note, this role is being offered as Permanent Part Time at 33.

5 hours per week, shift times outlined below:

Sunday: 10am5pm
Monday: 8:30am6:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am6:30pm
Thursday: 11am9pm

Exuding positive energy, a cando attitude and the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
Ensure the carparks physical condition is maintained at a high standard
Providing Traffic management & Navigational assistance during our busy periods in the carpark
Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.

Your checklist

A valid full drivers' license (this is essential for this role)
Previous work experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a car parking or retail environment
An energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and an ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers
An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
