As a Car Park Attendant at
Westfield Hurstville , you will be part of our Car Park team. You will be proactive, hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of customer service in an ever-changing environment.
Please note, this role is being offered as Permanent Part Time at 33.
5 hours per week, shift times outlined below:
- Sunday: 10am5pm
- Monday: 8:30am6:30pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am6:30pm
- Thursday: 11am9pm

- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
- Ensure the carparks physical condition is maintained at a high standard
- Providing Traffic management & Navigational assistance during our busy periods in the carpark
- Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.
Your checklist
- A valid full drivers' license (this is essential for this role)
- Previous work experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a car parking or retail environment
- An energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and an ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
