You will join the team in finance with the most interaction with the rest of the business, and supervise 1 finance analyst.

This will suit profiles who has the ability to handle multiple delivables in a commercial environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Commcial Manager, you will look after the following:

Support forecasting, planning, analysis, insight generation and reporting to deliver deep commercial insights

and advice to support decision making and create value

Partner with sales departnemtn to deliver outcomes in the On Premise channel and support on large pourage rights proposals
Ensure we are managing our investment in On-Premise by ensuring we have the right tools in place to make choices and decisions
Provide insights and reporting on the On-Premise at a state level
Lead the pourage rights annual and rolling budgets
Provide transparency over month end results to enable cause of change analysis
Ensure effective planning & prioritisation of upcoming pourage rights deals
Partner the business by conducting analysis and providing commercial insights to enable decision making
Conduct data manipulation and modelling and prepare adhoc analysis to generate insights for decision

making

Identify risks and opportunities to commercial performance
Identify and support value creation initiatives

ABOUT YOU

Professional Qualification/Registration (CA/CPA or other) or studying towards

- required

Understanding of finance, behavioural or data science disciplinesExperience in delivering business results through risk and opportunity identification and planning to tight timeframes
Track record of generating and sharing insights to align stakeholders on next steps
Delivering system and process continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to build strong relationships across business units and functions
Ability to handle high levels of ambiguity and complexity
