In this role, you will:

Partner and collaborate closely with hiring managers to learn the teams and job skills necessary to hire successfully for each role
Attend and facilitate career fairs, oncampus interview days, campus events, campus recruiting dinners, and networking/social events for our programs
Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles required

Prior experience in a University Recruiting team preferred
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Personal Skills
You need to be able to communicate effectively and have strong interpersonal skills
Initiative is key; we are a fastpaced environment you need to be comfortable with this
We are a small team, and we work very well together and therefore the ability to work collaboratively, be flexible and contribute as a team player is essential
