We are looking for an experienced
Storeperson to join our dynamic team based in our brand-new facility at our Perth branch.

At Cummins we specialise in heavy vehicle repairs and maintenance across mining, on-highway, and power generation products.

This role is available on either a part time or full-time basis and offers flexible, family friendly working hours.


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in the warehouse
  • Data entry and processing orders in a timely manner
  • Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
  • Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimise warehouse space
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete cyclecounts and routine stock takes
  • Undertake housekeeping duties to ensure work area is maintained and cleaned daily
  • Adhere to safe work practices in the workplace

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • A current High Risk Forklift licence (preferable but not essential)
  • WA driver's licence
  • The flexibility to work reasonable overtime as required
  • Previous warehousing/stores experience preferred but not essential on the job training available to suitable applicants
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role as part of a team would be beneficial
  • Ability to work unsupervised and commit to undertaking all work safely and efficiently
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office intermediate Excel) and can learn new systems and processes quickly
