Hanson Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry through our network of over 300 quarry, ready-mixed concrete, logistics and support operations.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Concrete Batcher / Trainee to join our
Picton Concrete Plant, located an hours drive southwest of Sydney CBD.

This role will see you responsible for ensuring the right mix is in the right truck, delivering to the correct customer, for the right time.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with overtime and Saturday work in accordance with business needs. Previous experience in allocations is highly regarded.

In your new role with us, you will:

Manage batching and loading of Hanson fleet for delivery to our valued customers
Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
