We Are Seeking


This position will give you an opportunity to upskill in other areas of medical education administration including managing medical education events and supporting faculty development.

As well as coordinating and administering the activities of junior medical staff, the role includes data analysis, survey design and website content creation.

This position provides direct organisational support, as well as strategic planning and program implementation for the education and training of junior medical staff at Frankston Hospital and the peripheral teaching hospitals of Peninsula Health.

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Providing flawless, efficient, and timely administrative support to the development of the junior medical staff in tandem with the Director of Clinical Training
  • Work closely and in collaboration with the Medical Workforce Dept.
  • Proactively raise any concerns that may have an impact to patient care.

What You Need

  • Recent experience in a medical workforce team or in a medical education administrative team. (Highly desired)
  • Highly developed problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot spontaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Selfdriven and eager to learn
  • A keen eye for detail, and an adaptable and flexible individual that can respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365
