Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst to join the team.

Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, this role will work alongside the Remuneration and Benefits specialist and sit within the broader Corporate Talent and Development team.

About the Role


As a key member of the Corporate Remuneration and Benefits Team, the Remuneration and Benefits Analyst will play an integral part in shaping our organisation by providing expert advice and support in relation to all MTM's remuneration and benefits activities including performance management, annual and out-of-cycle salary reviews, employee benefits administration, job evaluation, market benchmarking, remuneration analysis and remuneration framework review.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role and / or exposure to all areas within Remuneration & Benefits
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience across multi disciplinary organisations
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills


  • Intermediate

  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data
