We are looking for someone who passionate about Air Logistics, who understands the challenges and thrives on the dynamics that each day can bring.

Your Role :The Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our customers experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with Kuehne + Nagel. You will be primarily responsible for supporting customers by providing helpful information, answering queries, and responding to complaints and feedback. You will also provide front line support for customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

Reviewing shipment status details and new customer orders for completeness
Driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Qualifying customer inquiries, providing quotations and following up to ensure quotations are accepted and closed
Fielding complaint calls and providing problem resolution
Ensuring that document processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards.
Creating, reviewing and refining customer reports.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Additionally, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in the Air Logistics industry
Strong customer and stakeholder relationship experience
Time management skills
Excellent organisational skills and be resilient
Ability to communicate persuasively whilst demonstrating empathy #LI-DNI
