About the opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director some of your responsibilities will include:

• Touch base with the existing client base to introduce yourself
• Liaising with our clients, lenders, and BDM's.
• Understand client needs and conduct fact find interviews to help them achieve their financial goals
• Ensure you are looking after the clients best interest and providing a positive seamless journey
• Liaise with clients, working with them to capture required documentation, paperwork, and supplying counsel around the process.
• Ensuring existing clients have the best possible structure and rate for their individual situation
• Ability to service own client referrals simultaneously to supporting senior broker

We already have a strong operations team who would assist you with all admin tasks and paperworks. The operations team would Preparing and lodging loan submissions and managing loans process from lodgement through to settlement.

About you

• Minimum 1 Year experience in a similar role or in a credit and loan administration role with a mortgage broker or a bank.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Finance or Mortgage Broking is a must
• A passion for helping customers.
• The ability to be proactive and work independently.
• Positive attitude.
• Exception verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong data entry skills are essential along with an ability to learn quickly.

Pay:
$60, $100,000.00 per year
