An amazing opportunity has come up - a Finance Business Partner role for a highly successful growing Company based in Sydney CBD.

This role will be responsible for providing efficient and effective day-to-day commercial accounting and finance support to the operating entities across the group.

The role:

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Preparation of full management accounting packets with variance analysis and commentary for selected subsidiaries to meet reporting deadlines
Presentation of monthly financials to key executives
Analysis of revenue to ensure targets are met, and identify variances proactively
Business partnering with senior management and operational heads of department to assist with financial decisionmaking. To be the main link between finance and the Operations teams.
Create financial models to assist with management key drivers and give suggestions to drive performance
Preparation of rolling cash flow estimates
Assist with yearend activities that will include preparation of yearend files and liaising with Group Auditors.

What you'll need to succeed

A strong understanding of business planning and variance analysis, coupled with an ability to identify problems and implement corrective actions will be essential to succeed in this role as well.
