A dynamic State Government department in Canberra is looking to engage an experienced
Change Manager to join a friendly team.

In this role you will lead a small team to embed changes as a part of a cultural change in processes this team is undergoing.

The
successful
Change Manager will be offered an
initial 6 month contract with the view to be extended will be offered a rewarding daily rate.

The successful
Change Manager will be responsible for the below:

Developing and implementing change management strategies
Creating comprehensive plans to guide the team through changes
Conducting stakeholder analysis to understand all whom will be affected by the change

The successful
Change Manager will have experience in the following:

Demonstrated experience in a Change Manager position
Experience in developing clear and concise communication materials
Experience in monitoring progress, evaluating effectiveness of change strategies and risk management
Experience in leading a small team
High level stakeholder management skills
