The role


We are currently seeking to appoint a full time Account Manager for the Brisbane North Area, to be based at our new Pinkenba site.

As Account Manager you will have the vital function of maximising sales opportunities within the local market.


This will be achieved through the development of strong customer relationships, with both existing and new customers, and by offering practical solutions that ensure high customer satisfaction.

This role will require you to be hands on and to deal with all levels within a customer's organisation. Although you will interact largely with an existing customer base, some cold calling is required.

You will report to the Sales Manager and receive an attractive remuneration package including a fully maintained company vehicle.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain good relationships with your customer base
  • Identify potential new business opportunities by cold calling and following up leads
  • Manage major customer projects
  • Meet set sales targets and KPI's

What you will need to succeed

  • Passion for customer service
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding listening and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
