What role will you play?


As an Executive Assistant you will support a group of directors and their wider team in Macquarie Capital's Infrastructure and Energy Capital division.

You will liaise with key stakeholders and other executive assistants to arrange meetings and events and assist in determining priority of matters of attention for the team while maintaining privilege and confidentiality.


What you offer

  • 35 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience managing complex diaries across multiple time zones, arranging complex travel, organising meetings and coordinating events
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience with the ability to liaise, interact, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive approach with an eye for detail
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite
