Culture Manager - Two Year Fixed Term Contract

More change, less static

This exciting new opportunity sits in the RBA Future Hub (the RBA's central program office addressing the RBA Review), within the Culture & Leadership Stream.

The role will focus on Culture Transformation, and key focus areas for the first 12 months will include:

Finalising and launching our Target Culture in conjunction with other members of the team;
Defining the behaviours required to deliver on this and then developing and delivering initiatives to promote these;
Defining and developing key culture metrics to form a culture dashboard and implementing this in practice.

Your role in design and delivery:

Contribute to design and delivery of culture initiatives as a Culture SME;
Blend strategic thinking with operational delivery in order to make sure initiatives are delivered in time with overall Stream Plan;
Manage and guide resources (including a C&L Team Analyst) as appropriate to ensure the work is delivered effectively. It is noted that C&L Stream Team works in an Agile structure which means resources will be deployed to different work as needed and the Stream Lead and C&L Stream Project Manager will work together with this role to make sure initiatives are appropriately resourced"
Work effectively with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop initiatives and services that effectively address issues in different areas of the Bank and gain appropriate buy-in and adoption

Your role in contributing to the Culture & Leadership project management approach and wider program office:

Develop, agree with the Stream Lead and communicate detailed breakdowns of work and timelines for the culture initiatives;
Execute in line with our Agile approach including as managed by the C&L Project Manager, working to plans and change drops endorsed by the Future Hub SteerCo;
Keep the Stream Lead, C&L Project Manager and others updated with progress.
