What will you be doing in this role:

This part time role will see you work 8:30am - 5:00pm between Monday - Friday, managing a tidy portfolio of approx.

110 residential properties.

You will have full support with trust accounts, new business and leasing which means these tasks for your portfolio will be taken care of by the team so you can simply focus on:


  • Arrears management
  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Scheduling and conducting routine inspections
  • Manage repairs and maintenance requests
  • Rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Preparing for and attending NCAT as required
  • Bond and insurance claims
  • Project manage any property renovations
  • Nurturing relationships with your Landlords and Tenants
***- 2 + years managing a portfolio on your own

  • A valid NSW driver's licence and reliable car
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Knowledge of the residential tenancies act
  • Experience using Property Tree desirable
