Leading our talent acquisition and people service functions, this role will see you strategically managing stakeholder relationships with a focus on driving diversity targets, EVP, workforce planning initiatives, contract management and the innovative ideas you bring to the table.

You will implement and maintain attraction strategies, provide continuous improvement for best customer and employee experience, consider how to maintain, and evolve Sydney Water's reputation as an employer of choice and that's just the tip of the iceberg

If you are the person we are looking for:

  • Your experience will allow you to quickly build partnerships with the wider P&C teams to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • You have strong leadership skills and can provide clear guidance on technical HR matters
  • You have the desire to own the delivery of recruitment and onboarding for Sydney Water to ensure excellent employee and people leader experience
  • You bring a positive attitude and problemsolving approach to your everyday work
  • You have ambition, confidence, and drive
  • You demonstrate passion about attraction and retention of top talent, improve organisational capability, encourage internal career mobility, and maximise employee engagement

To succeed in this role, you will also bring:

  • Proven solutions focus experience within a reactive volume recruitment process
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change and measurable business improvements
  • Welldeveloped strategic stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Substantial experience of strategic recruitment and onboarding project and program delivery
