Within the RBS HR team sits the Graduate Program Team - Our Programs are designed to build a talent pipeline of high potential individuals and set them on the path to becoming inspiring leaders.


Do work that matters:

In this role you will help build world class employee experiences for our Interns and Graduates.

You will support the Graduate Program Manager on key Graduate lifecycle activities, and you will also be responsible for managing logistics for events, including expenses.


Please note, this is a 12-month secondment/fixed term contract and the role is based in Sydney with minimum 50% in office.


More specifically you will:


  • Support key Graduate lifecycle activities, in partnership with the Graduate Program Manager
  • Coordinate program events and development sessions. This will involve arranging venues, catering, materials, facilitator requirements and attendee communications
  • Support RBS Graduate Council and RBS Graduate Committee initiatives and attend meetings in partnership with or as delegate for the Graduate Program Manager
  • Manage communications to Graduates, Interns, Graduate Council and stakeholders
  • Partner with the Campus Talent Acquisition team to recommend Graduate and business representatives and coordinate assessment centre representation
  • Process expenses according to the Group's policies and maintain accurate and complete records
  • Liaise with the CBA travel team to support booking of flights and accommodation when required for interstate Graduates
  • Act as an ambassador for the Retail Banking Services Graduate Program brand

  • A desire to work with and motivate high potential junior talent
  • Excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
