We have an opportunity for a
HR Coordinator to join the team to support various HR projects. The role also contributes to operational HR processes and services with robust, efficient, consistent and compliant delivery and execution.

Integral to the success of our ambition is the HR Connect team.

We are a team of experienced HR professionals who partner, support and engage the business on all things Human Resources.

Reporting directly to the HR Connect Manager, this role works as part of the HR Connect function:

  • Supporting and champion various HR projects
  • Opportunity to impact data analytics and reporting
  • Providing a high level of service to leaders and employees
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and selfservice

About you


To be successful in this role, you would have had experience in a similar role supporting project work, with the ability to work unsupervised.

In addition, you will bring the ability to proactively seek out opportunities to improve the process and deliver customer service that is beneficial to our people and organisation and done so seamlessly and consistently.


You will be a natural collaborator, eager to adopt a 'one team' approach to the interconnecting and overarching processes of the experience group and the role you play in delivering a great outcome.
