An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and skilled Change Manager or Project Manager with strong Change Management experience to join this well-known and top performing organisation to work on an important project that involves returning staff to a post Covid, true hybrid working model.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a change management strategy to support the transition of staff back into the office environment 3 days per week;
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the work environment and employee needs to ensure a smooth transition back to the office;
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify potential obstacles and develop solutions to mitigate risks;
- Develop communication plans and training materials to educate staff on the new working requirements and policies;
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff during the transition period;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change management strategy, making adjustments as needed;
- Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business and educating leaders on communications required to inspire and motivate their teams.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Change Management, preferably within a corporate environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels will be the key to your success in this role.
