Business Support Officer - Brisbane, Australia - Communities, Housing and Digital Economy

Key responsibilities for the role:
- Provide high quality administrative support to the Capital Delivery and Procurement Team, including answering and directing enquiries, preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes, attending to travel bookings, processing invoice payments, diary management, filing, photocopying, records management, archiving and ordering stationery.
- Record, monitor and maintain project and program data and records from a range of programs including Excel, SAP and Reside, to ensure data accuracy.
- Review and progress a range of documentation, including but not limited to Briefing Notes, Financial Approvals, Ministerial Correspondence and Reports, always ensuring accuracy and compliance with Departmental standards and guidelines.
- Work effectively as an individual to establish work priorities in a timely manner to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with team members to support the achievement of priorities including coordinating responses to the requests of various internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote and maintain a high performance and continuous improvementoriented culture consistent with the department's values, employment equity and workplace health and safety principles and practices.
- Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of daytoday operations.
