The Client:


Our client is one of Australia's leading Buyers Agents and has a unique relationship and referral structure with some of the leading residential and commercial brands across the country.

With a host of research and relationship resources at their disposal,

their hard-working agents offer unmatched buying, bidding, vendor advocacy, property strategy, relocation, and portfolio management services.


Due to expansion and growth, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and independent team assistant, to be based in their corporate office & who is passionate about the real estate industry and looking to grow within an experienced team of buyers agents.


The Position
In the role of Team Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing client presentations and information packages.
  • Agent marketing including sending enewsletters, new client alerts, and social media assistance.
  • Monitoring and collating media articles for the industry.
  • Coordinating the distribution of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Management and maintenance of data in the client relationship database.
  • Assistance with team meetings including room and audiovisual setup, ordering catering, preparation of information packs, and taking meeting minutes.
  • General personal assistance to the Leader

The Person

  • Enthusiastic and independent able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
  • Previous real estate experience perfect for a real estate administrator who is looking for a change
  • Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate)
  • Strong understanding of the endtoend residential sales process
  • Computer literate must have experience with real estate or similar CRMs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A genuine desire to help people, the ability to build trust and a human connection, and a strong willingness to go above and beyond
