About the role:


As we continue to reward and recognise our top internal talent who have recently been promoted, we now have
2 roles available for
Brand Managers across our sparkling and core portfolios.

These Brand Manager roles will be responsible for managing key requirements across the entire sparkling/core portfolio and acting as the point of contact for their customers and stakeholders.

We are looking for highly motivated, confident Brand Managers (or Assistant Brand Managers ready to step up) as we continue to grow our commercial brand strategy across our portfolios.

We offer a flexible working environment with 2 days in the office and 3 days work from home.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Develop and execute the agreed annual brand plan in line with targets and KPIs
  • Support Commercial Teams with brand performance by channel
  • Define channel strategy development guidelines for brands
  • Communicate brand standards, strategy and marketing programs to key stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Regular brand performance and health reviews, tracking and reporting
  • Own creative agency relationships.
  • New product development, including supporting rationale, and GTM strategy
  • Assist in strategic long term forecasting
  • Own the efficient management of brand A&P budgets
  • Assist in setting allocations strategy (strategic allocations by market consistent with brand plans)
  • General brand related administration not assigned to a service department within marketing
  • Website content management and maintenance/administration
  • Preparing tasting notes

What you'll bring:


The ideal person will be self-led with a passion for driving the role and our brands to the next level.

You will enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders across the business and be keen to build trust through influence and engagement.


Experience includes:

  • 2 + years in an FMCG environment (or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset to look for innovative ways of increasing Accolade Wines market presence
  • Project Coordination/Management experience
  • A proven ability to present to large groups (or willing to be coached on presentation skills)
  • Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and an ability to lead a portfolio
  • High level attention to detail & accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workload aligned with excellent time management
