Located in the agriculture heart of Virginia, we are looking for an Accounts Receivables Officer to join and become a key member of the finance team.

Key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

Preparing intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Daily receipting of payments and transactions
Daily and periodic invoicing and raising credit notes
Ensuring all enquiries, quotations and customer issues are addressed promptly to satisfy customer and business expectations
Proactively follow up on overdue payments and debts whilst maintaining customer relationships
Assisting and supporting the finance department in all accounts and finance related duties
Assisting sales department with customer account related enquiries where necessary
Accounts Receivables experience 2 years +
Accurate and fast data entry ability with strong attention to detail
Strong organisation and prioritising skills
Ability to use initiative within the workplace
Willingness to work within a team and independently when required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Central is preferred
