_A bit about you_

  • A good understanding of Master Data architecture, quality, and processes, including but not limited to; Pricing; Volumetrics; Unit of measures; Technical attributes; Suppliers. Excellent Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills techniques, able to source data from multiple sources and pull together to make informed decisions. Broad enterprise wide understanding of business processes such as, Sales & Margin, Pricing, Inventory, Customer, Supply Chain and Finance Excellent communications skills, with the ability to analyse data and confidently present findings and insights to nontechnical users. You'll be outgoing and able to present complex ideas in a simple way and to take team on the journey to make change happen. Skills to manage a busy project workload in a fastpaced and agile environment. Be outcome driven with excellent problemsolving skills. Absolute attention to detail, able to handle complex datasets and manipulate quickly and confidently. _

_Heart of the role_

  • As the Product Masterfile Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 23 resources who are responsible for all data maintenance of the Product Master data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system; ingesting and processing new product and price files from suppliers._
  • The Masterfile team are part of the Data Insights team that provide high quality data services to the business across Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Pricing & Product Masterfile._
  • High quality and accurate product data management is imperative to the business, is a key driver of pricing and margin protection and optimisation, as a result the role requires a high level of commercial acumen and a microscopic attention to detail._
