About the OPPORTUNITY:

Kinetic IT is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This opportunity will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of various aspects within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining stock levels in the storeroom, managing consumables, coordinating events, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing governance outputs for meetings, and assisting with the coordination of wellness tasks for our valued team members.

Store Room Management: Maintain optimal stock levels in the store room, monitor and manage the inventory of consumables.
Event Coordination: Take charge of ordering and coordinating resources for events.
Ensure all logístical aspects are organized for successful event execution.
Onboarding and

Offboarding Governance:
Implement and maintain effective onboarding and offboarding processes.

Ensure compliance with governance standards for seamless employee transitions.
Governance Output for Meetings: Produce and distribute governance outputs for various meetings.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of meeting proceedings.
Wellness Coordination: Assist in coordinating wellness initiatives for the team.
Provide information and support to enhance the wellbeing of our crew.
