Role Details
The Department for Child Protection is seeking a
Business Engagement Team Lead to join on a full-time ongoing basis.


The role is responsible for:

  • Leading the planning and delivery of a range of complex and specialist business process analysis functions.
  • Collaborating with other ICT and IM teams to identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes that meet DCP business objectives.
  • Ensuring that IT solutions and services are aligned with the needs and priorities of the business, and that business stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the IT development lifecycle.
  • Providing expert advice to senior management, project teams and business units' staff to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who has a proven record of developing growing and supporting business analysis abilities across a team or organisation.
