Job Description:
The Employee Experience Partner role supports the Business Partner and Learning and Development teams and is primarily responsible for partnering with the business on employee engagement, employer branding, development, induction, recruitment and talent development.
The Employee Experience Partner will be responsible for:
- Management of the whole employee experience process, by partnering with various business and HR areas to ensure employees have a positive experience
- Support of the talent process
- Implementation of HR metrics for analysis, recommendations and implementation which contributes to employee experiences
- Contribution to the induction and exit process in line with employee experiences
Projects required during the 12 month contract will include -
- Induction Buddy Program
- Review current customer experience from start to end
- Review of interim survey
Qualifications:
Key experience needed for this role:
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement
- Project management skills managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong influencing skills
- Selfmotivated for driving topics to completion
