About the role

Duties

Determine appropriate EDM strategy per brand, including cadence, template design and management, target, content, monetisation and measurement.
List growth/management, including segmentation
Set up of automated campaign workflows/logic eg) welcome campaigns, nurture, reengagement, crosspollination
Manage platform (Sailthru) platform relationship, including access, training and clear plan for troubleshooting issues/bugs
Provide regular insights/data, analysis and feedback
