About the Role


This is an opportunity to join a dedicated Planning & Building Records team responsible for providing records administrative support to the Statutory Planning and Building departments.


We're looking for a motivated and diligent professional who values and embeds customer service practices in their everyday work, with strong time management and administration skills.


Duties:


  • Support the department by managing daily record retrievals, managing telephone enquiries and other records related administrative tasks.
  • Lodgement and processing of records related request on a daily basis.
  • Point of contact for internal and external service users regarding access to Planning and Building records and related enquiries.

Skills and Experience

  • Possess superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Can demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Have a motivated, friendly disposition with a genuine desire to work in a customer facing role.
  • Love working within a challenging and fun team environment.
