As a Team Leader/Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our cleaning operations, leading a team of cleaners/contractors to deliver high-quality cleaning services.

Your responsibilities will include providing leadership and supervision, training and upskilling team members, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing equipment and supplies, and fostering strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise a team of cleaners/contractors, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and inspections to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
  • Train and upskill all team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  • Enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
  • Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, including ordering, maintenance, and testing.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand our cleaning services and secure new clients within an area.
  • Act as a liaison between the cleaning team and clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a full working rights in Australia without restriction
  • Have a current, valid Driver's Licence and a reliable transport
  • Can work up to 38hrs per week
  • White Card
  • Valid Police Check

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
